Naveen brings over 15 years of experience across education, corporate, and startup sectors, having guided more than 2,500 students through workshops and assessments. His skills include career counseling, psychometric testing, student-parent awareness sessions, life skills development, and college readiness initiatives. He has partnered with prominent organizations such as Tata Group, LEAD (Unicorn EdTech), Prodigy (Canada), and Tabbieme (UK), mentoring students from over 250 institutions. Additionally, Naveen is a visiting faculty at Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies in Kerala and works with the Kerala government’s ASAP project to develop employability programs.
